The order is shipped the next day after receipt. Orders placed on public holidays will ship next business day.

Although the time for the order to leave Turkey varies, it takes 1-3 days on average.

Our Average Delivery Time;

Europe: 1-2 business days on average after departure from Turkey.

Out of Europe: From Turkey; 2-3 for America, 3-4 for South America, 4-5 for Africa, 2-5 for Far East countries.

In addition, Friday is a holiday in Arab countries and therefore cannot be distributed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched.

For product returns, we offer refunds, new product shipments or store credit options at the request of our customers after the product arrives at our store for a refund. The return process varies depending on your location. You can contact our team for detailed information.

If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through “My Order” section before the products are dispatched. You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address once the order is shipped.
